MAP CARE is operated by SAMYA PRABH HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED.
This Emergency Disclaimer explains the limits of MAP CARE emergency-facing surfaces.
1. Facilitation-Only Emergency Role
MAP CARE may help a person initiate emergency-related workflows, share limited information, or reach relevant provider-side pathways. MAP CARE does not thereby become a statutory emergency response service.
2. No Guarantee of Emergency Response
MAP CARE does not guarantee:
- ambulance dispatch
- hospital admission
- blood availability
- emergency prioritization
- provider acceptance
- response time
- successful resolution of the emergency
3. MAP CARE Is Not A Substitute For Real-World Emergency Channels
In urgent or life-threatening situations, users should also contact the appropriate local emergency number, hospital, ambulance operator, or other immediate real-world emergency resource.
4. Emergency Data Use
During emergency facilitation, MAP CARE may process and disclose limited relevant data required for routing, awareness, coordination, auditability, or safety. That limited use does not create unlimited or ongoing access rights.
5. Third-Party Dependency
Emergency outcomes depend on provider availability, ambulance resources, blood inventory, communications infrastructure, geography, timing, and other external factors beyond MAP CARE's control.
6. No Clinical Prioritization By MAP CARE
MAP CARE does not itself perform medical triage, emergency diagnosis, or treatment decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAMYA PRABH HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED and MAP CARE disclaim liability for delay, non-response, third-party failure, or outcome in an emergency except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
