# MAP CARE Cancellation, Refund, and Payment Failure Policy

MAP CARE is operated by SAMYA PRABH HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED.
This policy explains how MAP CARE presents and handles cancellation, refund, reversal, and payment-failure situations from the platform perspective.
1. Core Boundary
MAP CARE may initiate, route, or display payment-related information for eligible flows, but MAP CARE does not automatically become the owner of every underlying refund, cancellation, or settlement obligation.
2. Payment Failure Handling
Where a payment fails, times out, is declined, or remains uncertain:
- MAP CARE may display the last known payment status or related reference information
- MAP CARE may rely on external payment, provider, or system signals
- MAP CARE does not guarantee that a displayed status is the final commercial resolution until the relevant provider or payment rail confirms it
3. Cancellation Handling
A cancellation request or cancellation event may depend on:
- the relevant service type
- provider-side rules
- timing of the request
- whether fulfillment, dispatch, booking, or service execution has already begun
- any applicable MAP CARE workflow rule
MAP CARE may display cancellation-related visibility without becoming the sole cancellation authority for every underlying provider-side service.
4. Refund Handling
Refund handling may vary by workflow. In general:
- MAP CARE may display refund-related status where that status becomes available to the platform
- MAP CARE does not guarantee refund approval, refund timing, or refund routing merely because a payment or bill appeared inside MAP CARE
- refund execution may depend on provider-side, partner-side, or external payment-system rules
5. What MAP CARE May Do
MAP CARE may:
- show payment, cancellation, or refund visibility information
- preserve payment and audit references
- route support or grievance communication
- maintain billing and traceability records
6. What MAP CARE Does Not Promise
MAP CARE does not promise:
- automatic refunds for every failed or cancelled interaction
- instant reconciliation across every payment rail
- provider acceptance of every cancellation request
- that external payment delays will be resolved within a fixed timeline
7. Records and Auditability
Payment-failure, cancellation, refund, and billing-related information may be retained for audit, reconciliation, support, dispute, accounting, tax, or legal purposes.
